Une page de notre histoire.
On November 18,19 and 20, let 4 screens reveal the world ! Paris is the place to be on November 18, 19 and 20 for the festival's 3rd edition, to be held at the François-Mitterand branch of the French National Library and the adjacent MK2 Bibliothèque multiplex. Audiovisual production throughout Europe has been transformed by the digital revolution. New formats, new approaches to storytelling, new images reach our eyes, offering alternative ways of looking at society today. The festival gives you the chance to see films with a committed, citizen-centered point of view produced for the cinema, for TV, the Web or mobile phones. To complement the festival's screenings and its competitions, the University of Images offers conferences and workshops geared toward thinking about the role of the latest screens, the future of media and new ways of writing that embrace interactivity. Our 3-day line-up includes: feature films never seen before in France, Web Films, video reports made with mobile phones, advance screenings of new releases, a student film competition, idea-driven debates, and exchanges between young viewers, directors and other established professionals.
